Gourmet Grinds

Aint nothing like a good grind in the morning — and a gourmet grind at that. We've listed a few of the good ones here. Avoid the noise of the grinder in the morning by getting it 'ready to brew' right out of the bag. Buy Coffee Online

Coffee Bean Grinding Tips and Information

The top most important tip is to Keep Your Beans Fresh! Once you open the bag they loose their freshness, which is usually why you buy beans instead of pre-ground.

When grinding the beans you should always use a grinder that has a very fine setting - this is because you will get more 'coffee' out of the bean when you brew (drip, perc, cold brew). For french press you will want to use a coarse grind. It can sometimes be a waste to buy expensive beans and then use a coarse grind in a french press. This is because you'll have to use more beans to make coffee. If you use a coarse grind in other brew methods you will have to use MORE grinds or you'll end up with a weak brew. Only grind as much as you will use, keep the beans in an air tight container.
Buy your beans fresh & keep them fresh.
