Now this has about 40-100mg of caffeine - pretty
close to a 7oz. cup of coffee which has 115-175mg.
You'll have to brew your tea for about 5 min to
extract 40-100mg. The best black tea for caffeine

Interesting fact:
Green tea and black tea are from the same plant!
For green tea the leaves are steamed or heated
before drying. For black tea the leaves are fermented
before drying. This is why green tea looks 'green'
in the cup, and black tea looks more 'orange/red'.
