What you need:

An Espresso maker
Milk (skim – whole, your choice)
Sugar (1-3 tbs) or 4 packets of Splenda
optional empty Starbucks Frappuccino glass container

Procedure:
Brew the espresso (2 shots)
Pour into glass container
add sugar
Mix well
Chill
Add milk
Shake
Drink when ready

It is best to only add the milk after the espresso is chilled,
or add when you are ready to drink.
If the frappuccino is too strong, just drink some and add more milk until it looks like
a Starbucks Frappuccino
(see below)

The basic ingredients on the back of the container are:
coffee
milk
sugar
pectin (to ‘thicken’ the mixture)

Whole milk will help thicken the mixture.
The pectin does not add flavor so it is not required.
