Similar to a cafe latte. Easy to remember: CAP, as in a CAP of foam on top: CAPPUCCINO. Actually the ratio of espresso to steamed milk can vary – some will make it with equal parts espresso, milk, and foam. It is all a matter of taste. A real cappuccino is more coffee than milk.
