1 part espresso
4 parts foam
Kinda silly that a drink like this has a ‘special’ name. Yes, there is also something called a ‘wet cappuccino’ – it is just equal parts espresso, foam, and steamed milk. If you’ve made a regular cappuccino you probably made one of these wet cappuccinos by mistake. If you tried to make a cappuccino but couldn’t get the milk to foam then you end up with a cafe latte. You pretty much can’t mess up – any mix of espresso, foam, and steamed milk is a drink with a name.
Sometimes called ‘bone-dry’ cappuccino
