This is a tall metal pot used in making both Turkish coffee and Bosnian coffee (Bosanska Kafa).

Most typical Ibriks are made of copper and have a long handle, also made of metal. You can buy the stainless steel pots, but since the copper and stainless steel ones are close to the same price you may as well go ‘authentic’. The one pictured here is hammered copper.

The only other item you need when making coffee in this is a spoon. Oh, you also need the fine grind of coffee, so finely ground it is a coffee powder. The standard, cheaper coffee grinder will not grind your coffee fine enough for making this coffee.  You can buy the coffee pre-ground in most specialty stores.
